Within the framework of its business activity,New Environmentally Friendly Materials, SL (NEFM) assumes as a guiding principle of action the satisfaction of the needs, expectations and requirements of its interested parties, understood as all those natural or legal persons, entities or organizations that may affect, be affected or perceive themselves as affected by the activities, products, services or decisions of the organization.
To this end, and with the aim of reinforcing its commitment to quality, technical conformity, legal certainty and continuous improvement, NEFM has agreed to implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the criteria and requirements established in the ETA (European Technical Assessment) and in document EAD 040016-01-0404, applicable to the fiberglass sales activity carried out at its work center.garlic located inCalle del Águila 5, Fuenlabrada, Madrid.
The implementation and maintenance of this system entails the obligation to comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, technical, normative and contractual requirements, as well as the express commitment of the organization to promote the continuous improvement of its internal processes, the proper management of its resources and the satisfaction of its customers and other interested parties
The organization undertakes to comply with the requirements established by its clients, the current legislation applicable to the activities and services developed, its own obligations, as well as any other requirement determined by third parties.
Similarly, it will focus its efforts on increasing customer satisfaction and meeting the expectations of its stakeholders by providing appropriate service and progressively improving the quality of the work performed.
To achieve this, an effective distribution of functions and responsibilities will be established, ensuring that quality is integrated at all levels of the organization and in all of its activities.
Furthermore, staff awareness and motivation will be fostered regarding the importance of implementing and developing a Management System, ensuring the necessary training for the proper performance of their duties.
Internal management and control measures will be adopted and maintained to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, continuously strengthen the effectiveness of the Quality System and ensure customer satisfaction.
Finally, senior management will provide the necessary resources to achieve the system improvement objectives.
Considering these guidelines, this management reiterates its firm commitment to joining efforts to achieve these objectives, and therefore this policy is understood, implemented and kept up to date at all levels of the organization.
